STAFF AND STUDENT LEADERSHIP

CONSTANCE HULL
Roanoke College Catholic Campus Ministry Coordinator
Constance Hull is a wife, mother, spiritual mother, teacher, speaker, writer, and discerning Lay Discalced Carmelite. She holds a Master's in Theology. She has been married to her husband for almost 15 years and has one beautiful teenage daughter and five babies with Our Lord. She and her husband love to visit the sick and suffering together in order to bring them Christ's love and mercy. Constance has served in parish ministry on staff and as a volunteer for over a decade. She is passionate about helping young people draw closer to the Lord and empowering them to serve as His witnesses and disciples in the world. Constance's favorite places to be are in front of the Blessed Sacrament and enjoying God's magnificent Creation with her family and others.

Favorite thing about being Catholic: "The Blessed Sacrament and Confession. The Catholic Church is blessed to have Jesus' body, blood, soul, and divinity in the Holy Eucharist. There is nothing greater! I am a sinner in need of healing, so the Sacrament of Reconciliation where I can confess my sins and be absolved is tremendous healing medicine. I receive both Sacraments frequently and encourage everyone to do the same. It is the Lord!"

Favorite Catholic Saint: "Hands down Our Blessed Mother is first, followed by St. Joseph, St. Therese, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, Blessed Franz Jagerstatter, St. John Vianney, Servant of God Frank Parater, and a lot more. There can't be just one!"

Favorite Quote: "In the evening of life, we will be judged on love alone." St. John of the Cross

Hobbies: "Ministry, camping, hiking, canoeing, reading, Eucharistic Adoration."

Favorite thing about being Catholic: "My favorite part about being Catholic is the faith and community that comes with it. Even when I am at my lowest, I always have a Father and a community that I can confide in."

Favorite saint: "St. Thomas (My Confirmation saint!)"

Hobbies: "Learning languages, music, equestrian, baseball, and badminton."
